St Paul’s Church has considerable history. The present building was opened in November 1915. The centenary of its construction was marked with a weekend of celebrations. It is constructed in the Gothic style from cement bricks which were made manually by parishioners on site, under the direction of the then Rector, Rev Henry. It replaced a small wooden church which dated back to the 1875. Over the years it has gained forty-six stained glass and eleven lead light windows which are now a great drawcard to tourists.
